This policy explains what happens to information when you use brokesbasketball.com ("Brokes Basketball", "we", "us"). It applies to the website and the game hosted on it, and to nothing else.

We do not operate user accounts, and the site contains no registration, login or payment form. We therefore do not ask for or hold names, email addresses, dates of birth, payment details or identity documents in connection with gameplay.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, which may include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and basic browser and device information. These logs exist to keep the site running securely and are retained only for as long as that purpose requires.

If you email us, we hold that message and your email address so that we can reply.

Your game balance

The virtual coin balance shown while you play is held in your browser's memory for the duration of the page only. It is not transmitted to us, not written to a server and not associated with you in any way. Reloading or closing the page discards it entirely.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not profile visitors. Where a strictly necessary cookie is used to keep the site functioning, it carries no personal information. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which will receive your IP address as part of serving that request; you can prevent this by blocking external font loading in your browser.
